Early-bird breakfast servers needed to feed about 40 people.
Saturday 17 November, S3 – Baulacre Carpet Project, part 2
We need carpet-layers to complete a project started last month, carpeting a recreation room at Villa Baulacre.
Saturday 17 November, S4 – l’Arche (La Corolle)
We will do some gardening at this handicapped center, wash windows and prepare lunch with the residents.
Saturday 17 November, S5 – Ronald McDonald house
Two housing facilities for parents of kids in the Cantonal Hospital need gardening work done before the winter.
Saturday 17 November, S6 – Salvation Army lunch
The Salvation Army needs 2 servers to serve lunch to about 100 people.
Saturday 17 November, S7 – Salvation Army dinner
The Salvation Army needs helpers to make and serve dinner for 40 guests at the homeless shelter. Entertainers (singing, playing music etc) welcome!
Saturday 17 November, S8 – Forest project at Genolier
Kill 4 birds with one stone:
1. attend a free, open-air strength-building session,
2. spend some time having fun with friendly people,
3. maintain the natural habitat for fauna and flora,
4. get a hands-on introduction to biodiversity.
Saturday 17 November, S9 – Zoo Parc d’Accueil Bellevue
A morning project at the zoo for some garden cleanup.
Sunday 18 November, S10 – Sunday Soup Kitchen (RestoScout)
Dinner for about 100 people is offered near the main train station. We need 4-6 helpers to prepare and serve.
Saturday 17 November, S11 – Random Acts of Kindness
A group will be providing goodwill to the community with face-painting, free hugs, music, free flowers or whatever … in downtown Geneva.
Saturday 17 November, S13 – Clairbois
Spend time doing various activities with handicapped kids.
